Department : Rehabilitation

FTE : Full Time, 0.8, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Day and Evening Rotation

Pay : $26.34 - $40.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements :

• Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
