Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an who can immediately join our Accounting Department at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. Work full-time in our professional office environment.

A little bit about us. We have been in business for over 42 years, are a full mechanical contracting firm specializing in Major Construction, Tenant Improvement, Industrial, Plumbing, Retrofit, Service, Controls, Energy Commissioning and Detailing. Our divisions can handle a wide range of projects and services that include Design Build, Design Assist and Plan & Spec for facilities in the Medical, Entertainment, Laboratory, Hotel, Resort, Office, Government, Education, Civic and Commercial industries. Oh, we are also 100% employed owned (ESOP), have over 1,000 family members, and have one of the largest fabrication shops in California. Our corporate headquarters are in Southern California (Anaheim - just south of Los Angeles), conveniently located near several major freeways. We also have offices in San Diego and Hayward (Northern California). Our manufacturing facilities are located in Anaheim (Southern California) and Hayward (Northern California).

Responsibilities include the following:

• Process invoices (job costing & coding expenses).
• Process credit card transactions, obtaining receipts and coding expenses.
• Scan invoices (Paperless system).
• Index for matching to Purchase Orders & Receiving Tickets.
• Route invoices electronically for approvals.
• Report directly to Accounts Payable Manager.
• Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

Required Characteristics:

• Must have strong knowledge of Accounts Payable functions and responsibilities (Construction accounting experience preferred but not required).
• Must have a strong work ethic and exhibit analytical abilities.
• Must be an excellent listener and possess strong communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Strong computer literacy required (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc).
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Must be a team player.
• Experience with Sage/Timberline software a big plus.
