We are looking for dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aides and Cooks to join our dietary team in a skilled nursing facility. These roles play an important part in providing nutritious, well-prepared meals to our residents in a safe and welcoming environment.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines
• Ensure accuracy of resident diets and meal preferences
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
• Ensure meals meet nutritional, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with dietary aides and nursing staff

Requirements:

• Previous dietary aide or cooking experience preferred (healthcare a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule: 3 pm to 7 pm
