Engineer Manager

Lawrence Doors, a part of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in opening solutions, is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager who will build structure, elevate engineering processes, and be responsible for driving product quality, manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and new product initiatives. This role is ideal for a servant leader who thrives in environments where processes are evolving and where there is an opportunity to create meaningful, lasting improvements.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, solutions-focused leader who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and enabling team and organizational growth. Engineering Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists across product engineering, manufacturing engineering, CAD / design, and continuous improvement.
