Overview
The Idealease Administrator supports daily business operations by managing accounts payable, assisting with rental activities, and maintaining accurate contract and customer records. This role provides critical support to the business by supporting sales, billing, fuel reconciliation, insurance compliance, licensing, and permitting processes. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, cross-department communication,sales and the ability to handle customer, vendor, and employee interactions with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new leasing opportunities with commercial clients, fleet operators, and small businesses.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate lease programs and truck configurations.Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, and quotes.Negotiate lease terms and structure agreements that meet both customer needs and dealership profitability goals.Partner with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.Administrative and Contract Management
Process all lease applications, documentation, and approvals accurately and efficiently.Coordinate credit reviews, insurance verification, titling, and contract administration.Track lease expirations, renewals, and replacement opportunities.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare periodic leasing performance reports.Support management in analyzing leasing trends, performance data, and revenue forecasts.Customer Service and Support
Act as the main point of contact for lease customers throughout the lease lifecycle.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in coordination with service and finance teams.Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.Take the lead on lease customer challenges / breakdowns and provide timely solutions.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial truck leasing, fleet management, or dealership sales.Knowledge of lease structures, financing options, and truck specifications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Key Competencies
