[job_card.job_description]Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to manage multiple data projects or assignments simultaneously. Working knowledge of eligibility rules for SNAP Medicaid and TANF with experience interpreting and applying state and federal guidelines. Experience interpreting and applying policy within an integrated eligibility case management system. Experience leading and coordinating JAD sessions . Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather analyze and document data-driven requirements. Design and optimize data workflows data management processes and mapping documentation. Develop clear Epics User Stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications for development and QA teams. Create update and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries BRDs and mapping specifications. Build and present visual data models and dashboards to convey insights and project status. Facilitate data-centered meetings interviews and JAD sessions ensuring outcomes are captured and actionable. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and support continuous process improvements.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a business data analyst within the IT industry demonstrating strong analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to analyze complex data challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience designing and optimizing data workflows and data management processes using modeling or mapping tools.
- Proficiency in writing Epics and User Stories including detailed acceptance criteria to clearly communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience creating and maintaining data-related documentation such as data dictionaries BRDs and data mapping specifications.
- Ability to design and present visual data models and dashboards to communicate trends performance and project timelines.
- Demonstrated success in leading data-focused meetings and interviews documenting outcomes and driving resolution of data-related issues.
