Payment Poster LHH is looking for a dedicated and reliable Medical Payment Poster to join their Revenue Cycle team. This position is onsite and responsible for accurately posting payments, denials, adjustments, and refunds across multiple payer types. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic accounting / math skills, and experience working in medical office or billing environments. Key Responsibilities :

• Post payment batches, denials, adjustments, write-offs, refunds, and recoveries
• Verify payer information and apply correct payment codes
• Process credit card payments and ensure accuracy before posting
• Post NSF and chargeback transactions
• Meet monthly deadlines and posting accuracy standards
• Ensure all work complies with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, payers, and vendors
• Assist with additional billing and RCM support duties as needed

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
