If you are a Quality professional looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! As a highly valued member of the Forney TX Team this role will support driving quality excellence within the distribution center. The role is responsible for planning implementing maintaining and continuously improving quality programs systems procedures and work instructions in alignment with quality standards and methodologies.

AS A QUALITY ENGINEER YOU WILL :

• Develop implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Monitor and audit product quality packaging labeling and documentation compliance.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with warehouse inventory and transportation teams to optimize quality-related processes.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections audits and quality metrics.
• Support internal and external audits including customer and regulatory inspections.
• Other duties / projects as assigned.
