Are you fluent in Spanish and English, have a professional presence, and want to break into the fast-paced world of insurance sales? We’re hiring a Bilingual Sales & Administrative Assistant to support our licensed insurance agents with daily operations, customer service, and sales activities.

  • Location : Orange, CA 92867
  • Job Type : Temporary / Short-Term Assignment (3–6 months) Payrate : $20–$22 / hr (DOE)

This role blends customer service, administrative support, and entry-level sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to grow. You’ll assist agents with lead generation, prepare client documents, and help move prospects through the sales funnel. If you excel in this position, it may lead to a long-term opportunity in the insurance field.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Support

  • Help insurance agents follow up with leads and schedule client appointments
  • Assist in pitching insurance services (training provided) and nurturing client relationships
  • Maintain and update lead databases and client follow-up logs
  • Support agents in organizing and preparing sales presentations and quotes
  • Administrative Duties

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing an excellent customer experience
  • Prepare client files, scan documents, and manage confidential paperwork
  • Perform data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant with industry standards
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned
  • What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in both verbal and written communication
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Interest in growing within the insurance industry
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
