Responsibilities / Requirements

Must perform x-ray examinations

Must perform EKGs

Must maintain car and x-ray equipment

Must be willing to travel for long periods of time as they will be driving company car to patient’s location to perform exams

Must be able to participate in on-call rotation that includes weekend shifts

Must be able to communicate well with supervisors and peers

Must review images

Must assist with reviewing results

Must have the ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals

Must be able to remain calm under stress

Must show skill in dealing with patients and clients

Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Must be capable of assisting in moving or lifting patients when needed

Must be capable of lifting x-ray and EKG equipment

Must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience. Portable and / or ER experience is preferred.

Must be certified radiology technologist (ARRT) and have valid state license

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Must pass a background check
