Job Title : Material Handler

Location : Temecula, CA

Duration : -month contract (possible extension)

Shift Time : : AM – : PM

This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Vascular Distribution Center. Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

What You’ll Work On

Safely operate high-speed production and material handling equipment used to support vascular product distribution.

Operate forklift trucks; preferred experience with Bendi, cherry picker, and dock stocker equipment.

Load and unload materials using forklifts.

Place pallets into racking and retrieve pallets from racking in tight spaces.

Complete daily equipment inspection checklists prior to use and self-report any issues.

Work effectively with minimal supervision.

Maintain inventory of packaging materials.

Perform routine quality checks.

Coordinate the timely and accurate flow of materials within the warehouse.

Ensure the timely and accurate movement of finished products to support customer and internal shipments.

Use SAP scanners to store, pick, and assemble finished products for shipment.

Understand and properly utilize shipping orders, warehouse documentation, and RF terminals for shipping and receiving finished goods.

Maintain proper FIFO flow of finished products.

Store and pick finished goods while verifying item number, quantity, release status, and lot number.

Verify materials against packing lists, invoices, freight bills, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and conformity.

Apply knowledge of finished product nomenclature and warehouse procedures.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and finished goods warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
