Program Coordinator III

Position Overview :

Plans, develops, coordinates and directs the operation of a clinical nursing program. Oversees the execution of procedures and adherence to proper protocols and develops and / or administers performance improvement initiatives for the program. Assumes responsibility for program quality and compliance, and the education and competency of nursing staff. Serves as a clinical and educational consultant to the nursing staff, medical staff, management, patients and other members of the health care team regarding the program. Provide direct patient care as needed, on an irregular basis.

Job Description : EDUCATION :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE :

RN-Registered Nurse of California

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE :

5 years recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $83.32 to $109.98 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
