Job Description

Intercare Therapy is dedicated to providing evidence-based behavioral therapies that empower children to overcome challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. We strive to optimize independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families. Our team is comprised of passionate Behavioral Program Managers committed to improving the lives of those affected by autism.

A Behavioral Health or ABA Program Manager acts as the onsite case supervisor and leader, developing and overseeing clinical programs, managing daily case activities, and supervising Behavioral Instructors (BIs). This role also involves providing training and educational support to client caregivers. Applicants must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and be available to supervise client sessions between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional sessions on weekends.
