AtkinsRalis is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join our Grants Resiliency and Master Planning Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Tallahassee, FL.
Responsibilities include collecting technical data, performing computations, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, advising stakeholders on grant rules, reviewing and recording incoming grants, assisting with grant writing and administration, compiling documents, conducting site assessments, maintaining reporting documents, providing quality control reviews, preparing letters, assisting with planning efforts, preparing fee proposals, preparing project specifications, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating project submittals, conducting analyses, preparing technical studies and reports, providing database support, and performing other duties as needed.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in planning, finance, disaster management, economics, engineering, or related technical professional activities, technical writing, analytical ability, computer skills, excellent oral skills, strong organizational skills, exceptional research skills, ability to process documents, ability to operate computer equipment, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
