Global Contingent Program Analyst

As our Global Contingent Program Analyst, you will support, analyze, and optimize our global contingent workforce hiring processes. Collaborate with talent acquisition, HR, procurement, and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant hiring worldwide. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness and support strategic decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to contingent hiring activities.
Develop regular reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to streamline contingent hiring processes.
Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding.
Support the evaluation and selection of staffing vendors.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of contingent workforce management systems.
Stay informed about industry trends and market rates.
Contribute to global projects and initiatives.

What You Will Likely Bring

3+ years' experience in supporting global contingent workforce programs.

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.

Project management skills and experience in process improvement initiatives.

Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience with VMS platforms.

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Range : Minimum : $50,000 USD Maximum : $130,000 USD
