Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting and executing engineering projects through defined deliverables and timelines. Working under local direction, the role contributes to the design, testing, cost control, and implementation of engineered products and systems while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The position collaborates closely with project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support global functional units.

7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay
$59,000 - $102,000
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects by defining objectives, controlling project elements, and coordinating with the Project Manager
- Design and conduct performance tests to validate product functionality and assist with design refinement and project expediting
- Review and manage project cost impacts in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations to maintain product quality and organizational standards
- Design products using CAD tools and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability
- Support fabrication teams during manufacturing by advising on design specifications and providing hands-on assistance as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings to provide project status updates, coordinate next steps, and align on upcoming product development initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional team efforts and support additional engineering tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of experience working with process systems, skids, compressors, and fittings
- Experience or exposure to marine industry standards and classification societies preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience working in large manufacturing or construction environments preferred
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
