A company is looking for a Remote Radiology Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and manage customer service functions

Handle appointment check-in and insurance verification for patients

Manage high call volume in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years of experience in direct customer / patient service, or one year within the Radiology Department

Must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, with a reliable internet connection
