Key Responsibilities
Champion compliance with regulatory standards and information protection requirements
Drive member engagement by completing calls to meet delinquency and recovery goals
Analyze member accounts to recommend actions that minimize delinquency and loss
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum one year of experience in collections, financial institution contact center, or retail banking
Intermediate proficiency using MS Office and database software
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using discretion and sound judgment
