Federally Qualified Health Center is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a primary care setting located in the Asheville, NC area!

Founded in 1993, this FQHC got its start serving the community with a HIV health program and over the years have expanded to include primary care while continuing to support the HIV population.
In 2016, this health center achieved the Patient Center Medical Home certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance demonstrating their commitment to providing high quality primary care.
3 locations in the state of North Carolina along with a mobile clinic

Benefits and Features :

$102,000 - $125,000 / year

Opportunity for quarterly bonuses

Comprehensive benefits package - medical, dental, vision

40 hours of leave for CME

PTO,11 Holidays, and 2 floating holidays

Your Role with the Company :

Full-time, M-F 8am-6pm

Call once a quarter

FNP / PA will see 18 / 20 patients per day

APP will work in a primary care setting with emphasis on chronic disease management, understanding of acute care management, and urgent care needs - joint sprain, simple procedures (I&D, laceration repairs)

Background Profile :

1+ years of experience in primary care as Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA required

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Current NC state license

Current DEA certification
