We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal participants. Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred. Role requires travel throughout our California clinics.
