Position Summary

The Memory Care Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and success of the Memory Care neighborhood. This role champions Charter Senior Living's Flourish Memory Care philosophy and ensures the consistent delivery of dementia-informed, person-centered programming while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational standards.

This position partners closely with the community leadership team to drive engagement, quality outcomes, team development, and occupancy goals. The Memory Care Director serves as the process owner for all Flourish Memory Care points of distinction, including :
