Government Contracts attorney associate or counsel with

experience in; bid protests, FAR and DFAR, compliance counseling; drafting REAs and claims, and CDA claim litigation; federal subcontracting and disputes; terminations; OCIs; suspension and debarment; multiple award contracts; and small business procurement. S

trong research, writing and analytic skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must have 5+ Years of Government Contracts Experience.
• Experience with REA's and Claims, FAR and DFARs.
• Law firm experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
