What You’ll Do
- Manage the flow of critical project documentation for a major roadway and bridge initiative.
- Log, track, and distribute drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure teams work from the latest approved information.
- Maintain document control logs, revision histories, and compliance records.
- Coordinate daily with project staff and client representatives to keep workflows efficient and accurate.
- Support audits, reporting, and reviews to maintain project integrity.
- Use advanced document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Must-Haves
Local to the Greater Seattle Area – This is an onsite role; remote work is not available.Experience in document control or records management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of technical documentation.Proficiency with document management systems and standard office technology.Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineers, inspectors, and client teams.Preferred
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Construction Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with roadway, bridge, or heavy civil projects.Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and submittal processes.Work Environment
