Job Description :
We re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced you ll be booking shipments, trucks, tracking loads, talking with customers and carriers, and making sure every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily shipments for various customers.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and facilities.
- Track and trace loads; provide clear and timely updates.
- Negotiate carrier rates when needed.
- Collect documents such as BOLs, PODs, and photos when applicable.
- Assist with billing and invoicing support.
- Troubleshoot issues like delays, accessorials, or service disruptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with trusted carriers.
- Support the operations team with general logistics tasks.
