As a screener with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will engage with individuals on site, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Assist with screening individuals entering the logistics and distribution facility to help deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items.

Follow site-specific security-related procedures and policies while providing customer service to all personnel and visitors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as directed by site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for any irregularities or security-related concerns.

Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Maintain accurate records of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by the site.

Communicate professionally with team members, site personnel, and visitors to foster a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
