Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the analytical framework for credit risk, including underwriting models and loss forecasting

Construct dashboards to monitor portfolio health and track repayment behavior and performance metrics

Analyze product performance and recommend data-backed changes to optimize funding availability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Economics, Finance, or Computer Science

3+ years of experience in credit risk, analytics, or fintech lending

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model building

Experience with dashboard creation using tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau

Familiarity with credit risk principles and the ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
