Location: Louisville, KY 40299

Hours: 40 hours per week | 8-hour day shifts | Nights, weekends, and on-call as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with discipline and uphold FLR values and standards on every job.
• Prioritize safety and enforce FLR and OSHA rules, conduct briefings/audits, correct issues, and investigate incidents.
• Train, coach, and mentor technicians through hands-on guidance and consistent feedback.
• Reinforce expectations and accountability while recognizing high performance and fostering growth.
• Oversee schedules, documentation, compliance, and project execution.
• Drive performance through follow-ups, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Manage the customer journey from intake to final walkthrough, ensuring clear, empathetic communication and proactive updates.
• Maintain complete documentation of logs, photos, authorizations, satisfaction forms, and compliance records.
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters; write scopes, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
• Create and manage estimates in Xactimate, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and approval coordination.

Experience

• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of restoration experience
• IICRC certifications in water, fire, or mold restoration (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of restoration equipment and proper usage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Xactimate and MICA for estimating and job documentation.
