DoorDash Labs Drone Delivery Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of drone delivery by :

• Using SQL and dashboards to analyze data, monitor trends, and proactively flag areas needing attention.
• Managing a small team and setting the standard for reliable, high-quality execution.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, support, and external partners to pilot tools, streamline workflows, and lay the foundation for scale.
• Helping define how we launch and growcontributing to playbooks, systems, and strategic decisions.
• Traveling up to 20% of the time.

This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area. Regular in-person collaboration with cross-functional partners is required to shape product direction, test workflows, and accelerate decision-making.

Compensation : Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
