[job_card.job_description]Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize backlog; collaborate with UX and engineering. Support sprint ceremonies and manage requirement changes. Drive UAT planning and execution. Define and implement test strategy for features / releases. Design and execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts (UI & API). Integrate automation into CI / CD pipelines. Perform functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing. Manage defect lifecycle and ensure traceability. Mentor junior QA team members

Qualifications & Experience
- Education : Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience : 610 years combined in BA and QA.
- Core Skills :
- Requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling.
- Test strategy, planning, functional & integration testing, automation frameworks.
- Agile / Scrum, backlog management, sprint ceremonies.
- Tools : JIRA / Azure DevOps, Confluence, TestRail / Zephyr, Selenium, Postman, RestAssured.
- Additional : SDLC, APIs, data flows, integration patterns.
- Nice to Have : Cloud (AWS / Azure), performance / security testing, CBAP, ISTQB, PSM certifications.
