[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field At least 5 years of experience in IT application support or software engineering, preferably in the financial services sector Skills in Java and Spring Boot are preferred, along with proficiency in tools like Jenkins and Git Knowledge of banking channels architecture and integrations (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, message queues) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., NewRelic, Grafana, ELK) Preferably, practical knowledge on cloud-based application management in AWS Working knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) would be considered an advantage Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially incident, problem, and change management Strong analytical skills, service mindset, and ability to work in high-pressure environments Availability for on-call rotations and incident support outside business hours Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year) International teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun Additional weeks of vacation are available to all employees who have been in the company for 1 year or more Additional days off for volunteering purposes 30 fully paid calendar days for military training every year A competitive benefits package in addition to your salary that includes health insurance after the first 3 months pass in all three Baltic states, as well as Health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor's note needed Access to tools and resources that help you feel good and be productive at work and in life Internal and external training programs, workshops, conferences, online training, etc. Special offers & pricing for products and services provided by Luminor Gross salary : 3,000 - 4,600 EUR / month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

Senior Application Administrator for Banking Channels is responsible for ensuring the operational stability and support of customer-facing applications such as internet banking, mobile banking and channels middleware. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and maintaining service continuity across critical banking channels.
What You Will Do :
- Ensure high availability and stability of digital banking applications (e.g., online banking, mobile apps, APIs)
- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLOs. Ensure proper incident escalations to senior engineers or vendors if needed
- Monitor application health, logs, and interfaces to detect and prevent service disruptions proactively. Perform routine configuration tasks, application deployments, and scheduled maintenance
- Support incident post-mortems, root cause analysis, and preventive action implementation. Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and recovery procedures
- Collaborate closely with the service desk, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams
- Participate in testing and rollouts for patches, upgrades, and new feature releases
- You will have the opportunity to work with and contribute to Java codebases under the guidance of Senior Software Engineers. You will participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development. Additionally, you will assist in automating operational tasks and improving deployment pipelines
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and security standards required in the banking sector
