Key Responsibilities
Manage office organization, supplies, and cleanliness
Provide administrative support to the Executive Creative Director and assist with event planning
Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling office errands and travel bookings
Required Qualifications
Experience with G Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to the office in Manhattan Beach
Proactive and resourceful with strong organizational skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for work-related tasks
