Job Position Description :

Training Supervisor. Qualified candidates will be responsible for training all new hires, organizing and implementing detail crews, shift coverage for absentees and vacations as well as ongoing training and motivating team members. These responsibilities are subject to change and additional responsibilities added or removed based on organizational need. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to our standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.
