Quality Manager

Overview :

Wall Colmonoy, a leader in manufacturing for various sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Glass, Rubber, and Marine, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards, including compliance with updated ISO 9001 : 2015 and AS9100D for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and AS9100D standards.
• Lead the quality management team in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with other departments to set quality goals and monitor progress with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the resolution of quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and customer requirements for all projects.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support quality management and audit processes.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization through training and mentorship.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new quality management technologies and techniques as appropriate.
