Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Production Designer for a 4-month contract beginning early January 2026. This is a hybrid, 30 - 37.5 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite in 2 - 3 days-per-week in Boston. The Production Designer will be responsible for updating a variety of print and digital materials as part of a large brand update and ensure consistency across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Update and adapt design templates and brand “looks” for new projects
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print mediums
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Perform quality checks on layouts, typography, and imagery before delivery
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree in design, marketing, or related
- 2+ years of experience in production design an agency or marketing environment
- Portfolio of relevant design samples
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work within established templates and brand systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in digital and print production workflows
