A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I to provide first-level technical support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through the problem-solving process
Record issues and resolutions, and follow up with customers on their status
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; education in Information Technology or related field preferred
HDI or A+ certification preferred; HDI certification required within 1 year of hire
1-2 years of IT technical support experience preferred
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and troubleshooting O365, Windows 11, and VPN
Knowledge of networking concepts and proficiency in Windows operating systems
