A company is looking for a Facilities Manager to supervise maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management support for day-to-day operations and maintenance across a large portfolio of industrial sites
Oversee technicians and subcontractors, ensuring services align with client expectations through regular communication
Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and improve productivity while ensuring compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management / technical emphasis
Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
Proficient in Corrigo and working knowledge of skilled trades, particularly HVAC
Experience in matrix management organization is desirable
Demonstrated safety leadership and financial acumen
