A company is looking for a Clinical Associate who will support an interdisciplinary virtual and home-based medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare members for telehealth visits and ensure comfort during video onboarding
Coordinate care by managing orders for lab testing, imaging, and durable medical equipment
Advocate for members by providing education and facilitating communication with healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
MA Certification is highly preferred; expired certifications are acceptable
Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth exposure
Prior experience in primary care settings
Experience in care coordination, especially for Medicare patients
Ability to manage a large member panel effectively
