What You’ll Do
Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including :Gas / electric split systemsPackage unitsHeat pumpsFloor and wall furnacesDuctless mini-split systemsPerform routine preventative maintenance.Inspect, repair, replace, and recommend solutions based on system needs.Document all work performed and communicate recommendations clearly.Follow all company quality, safety, and operational standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.Attend weekly training to stay sharp and grow your skills.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA CertificationValid driver’s license with a clean DMV recordStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to read / write in EnglishOwn basic HVAC hand toolsNATE Certification is a plus, but not requiredBenefits & Perks
