Project Manager Industrial Lexington

Our client is a well-established organization with a strong reputation for innovation and quality in their field. They are currently expanding their project delivery team and are looking for a driven individual to help lead strategic initiatives in Lexington.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Support change management and adoption across impacted teams.

Proven experience as a project manager in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). PMP or similar certification is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Lexington as needed.
