What Youll Do:

• Provide professional makeup applications and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Build relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and personalized beauty recommendations.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding company targets.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace following company and industry standards.
• Stay up to date on beauty trends, product knowledge, and Honey Cosmetics offerings.
• Support daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and POS transactions.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven skills in makeup artistry with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills confident with client interactions.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals and upsell products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends).
• Previous retail or cosmetic sales experience is a plus.
