Shipping Receiving Clerk

Adecco is hiring a

• Shipping and Receiving Clerk
• for a leading company in Largo, FL. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring accuracy in all logistics-related activities.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assemble and verify orders against shipping or customer documentation; report shortages or incomplete orders.
• Select appropriate shipping containers and packing materials.
• Operate standard manual and automatic warehouse equipment.
• Stack shipments on skids and transport them to the shipping dock.
• Receive and unpack incoming materials and supplies.
• Verify receipts against purchase orders for accuracy, damages, or defects, and route materials appropriately.
• Process and schedule export shipments, including preparing export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of
• 2 years of warehouse or shipping / receiving experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work overtime when required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping software preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, even under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to lift up to
• 50 lbs.

• $20.00 per hour
