Construction & Services Coordinator (Mechanical Contractor) | Nashville, TN | On-site
A growing mechanical contractor with operations across the Southeast is seeking a Construction & Services Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for its Nashville branch. This role keeps daily service and small construction activities running smoothly—supporting technicians, scheduling work, organizing documentation, and maintaining structure in a fast-paced mechanical contracting environment.

- Able to be onsite, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
What You'll Do :
Service Coordination : Schedule and dispatch service calls, track technician progress, and ensure accurate service ticket documentation.Construction Support : Assist with job setup, documentation control, materials tracking, and customer / GC communication.Branch Operations : Maintain organized workflows, records, supplies, reporting, and general day-to-day operational structure.AP / AR & Payroll Prep : Support billing, payables, collections follow-up, and technician timecard accuracy.Systems & ERP Work : Enter / update jobs, work orders, and billing information in internal systems.Procurement & Fleet : Order materials, manage inventory basics, and coordinate fleet assignments and maintenance needs.Safety & Compliance : Track safety documentation, training records, and permitting / licensing requirements.Requirements :
3–5 years in service coordination, construction administration, or operations within the trades (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, etc.).A reliable, structured, assertive personality—someone who keeps technicians accountable while maintaining professionalism.Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a fast-moving workload.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn systems such as ERPs, dispatching tools, and timekeeping platforms.Clear, direct communication skills with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership.Must be located in Nashville, TN and able to work on-site, 8am–5pm Monday–FridayWhat’s offered : Competitive pay ($60k-65k), full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), stable long-term growth, and a highly supportive environment in a growing mechanical contractor.
