Position Overview

Were looking for a results-driven Agronomic Sales Specialist to support strategic growth across a defined territory. This role involves managing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand our presence and drive margin growth.

What Youll Do :

• Manage a book of business that includes both established and underpenetrated accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and customer contacts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Leverage internal resources and solution-selling techniques to support customer needs.
• Ensure customers are aware of and utilizing available programs, tools, and support services.
• Collaborate with store teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor account activity, report progress, and share outcomes.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
