Qualifications :

1-3 Years of Customer facing outside sales experience(In home preferred)

Have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities :

Consult and educate prospective clients on our services  and achieve a closing rate of 40-50%

Attend staff meetings 2-4 times a Month

Generate 50% of your own leads by cold calling and networking with other industry professionals

Look after samples and provided company equipment

Use company software in a cohesive and productive manner

Pay :

10% commission on leads provided by Kitchen Tune-Up

Negotiable commission on leads acquired by networking / cold calling
