High Lift Operator - $23 / hr

Location :   Ephrata, PA (approximately 20 minutes from Reading and Lancaster)

Available Schedules : Afternoon / Evening and Night shifts (8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts)

Enjoy consistent shifts with potential overtime based on order volume.

Compensation :

• Base rate : $23 / hour
• Incentive Pay : Up to $6 / hour, depending on your performance and assigned tasks

Your Goal

Your daily objective is to ensure the safe, timely preparation of fresh, quality produce orders, enabling our drivers to deliver to grocery stores throughout the Northeast. These stores rely on us to stay operational and provide for their communities.
