Location: Based in Murfreesboro, TN with travel to assigned project locations
Lead construction projects from planning through completion including budget, schedule, and staffing coordination
Partner with general contractors, architects, and project owners throughout project execution
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, materials procurement, and documentation
Recruit, train, and guide team members including Project Engineers
Maintain adherence to safety procedures and OSHA requirements on site
Use project management and design tools including Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD
Provide field support when project conditions require it

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience with a general contracting company
Experience managing project contracts and related documentation
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff is helpful
OSHA 30 certification required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and adjust to changing project timelines
