The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve and exceed revenue targets through direct sales to newly identified opportunities in the region, through effective customer management and executing sales campaigns to support the companys commercialization initiatives. / ppResponsibilities Include : / pulliNew revenue activity ulliAchieve / exceed quarterly and annual new revenue goals through new opportunity identification and effective employment of the EnviroLogix sales process / liliActively pursue new opportunities by visiting and talking frequently with customers / liliExecute campaign directives for new customers, including new product campaigns and strategic offerings / li / ul / liliAccount management activity ulliAchieve quarterly and annual run-rate revenue goals by maintaining existing accounts with exemplary customer service / liliExecute campaign directives for existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, product conversions, product upgrades, and price campaigns / li / ul / liliSustain and report weekly progress toward revenue goals ulliMonitor, track, and review KPIs such as revenue achievement against target and competitive win / loss performance / liliExpeditiously pursue sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities through productive and daily use of CRM; organize and record all sales activity in CRM on a timely and sufficient basis / li / ul / liliMarket development ulliCommunicating directly with customers to identify and record systemic trends across and through the customer base / liliProvide accurate and actionable market information and insights to EnviroLogixs Marketing and Finance functions to enable further development of key markets / liliAs appropriate and / or at the request of management assist in any special events, tradeshows, projects, or promotions to advance new business / li / ul / li / ulpReports To : Sales Leader, North America / ppSkills Required : / pulli2+ years experience in account management / sales positions (preferably in a related industry) / liliBA / BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience / liliAbility to drive a car and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time / liliAbility to execute on work priorities while traveling / liliDetermined self-starter; must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an independent role / liliStrong quantitative and analytical skills / liliCreative and efficient problem-solver / liliAble to develop and nurture deep relationships, at all organizational levels, to drive revenue growth / liliAbility to synthesize and clearly explain technical information / liliExcellent attention to detail and able to set high standards for quality / liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills / liliProficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) / li / ulpEnviroLogix is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
