A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Support all lines of insurance processing, including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
Assist management with member complaints and transfer members to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a call center
Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
