Job Description :

TheCoachOperatoris responsible forfollowing safety protocol schedules pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues
• Compliance with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations
• Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders i.e. answer questions about schedules routes transfer points and delays
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance road and route concerns accidents and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices
