Itasca, wood Dale, Roselle, Medinah, Bloomingdale, Addison , Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg

The candidate must be :

A licensed professional with updated credentials

A great bedside manner and a professional attitude

Effective with documentation and communication

Responsible and have the ability to work independently

Experience is a plus, but not required
